Carter joined Rand Insurance in 2014 after 14 years within the Private Wealth Division of UBS Investment Bank. His role at the firm is to oversee day to day operations among other key functions. He grew up in New Hampshire and received a BA from St. Lawrence University where he was a scholar athlete. Carter is most passionate about his family and friends. He is an avid golfer and fisherman and enjoys watching his kids compete on the athletic fields. He is married to Lindsay Rand McGuckin. They have two children and live in Darien.
