- Advising in the collection of all information necessary to report claims to your carrier.
- Acting as a liaison between you and other parties involved to facilitate prompt claims settlements.
- Offering guidance and settlement strategies in order to prevent minor incidents from having a negative impact on your claims history.
To report a claim:
- Call us during normal business hours weekdays from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. If you need to call our office when closed (i.e after hours, weekends, holidays or inclement weather) with a CLAIMS EMERGENCY, our phone system will provide instructions for you to access our 24/7 emergency contact list and someone will respond to you and provide claims assistance.
