Primary, Excess and Umbrella Insurance limits up to $100,000,000

We protect your success by making sure that you have the proper coverage—comprehensive coverage. Being prepared for the worst-case scenario is part of our commitment to providing you with peace of mind.

Coverage for Defense Costs. Legal defense costs are covered and, in some cases, do not reduce the amount available to pay damages. This includes claims of bodily injury, defamation, libel, slander, wrongful entry or eviction, emotional distress and more.

Fewer Out-of-Pocket Expenses. Coverage picks up at the dollar amount where your primary insurance policy (Homeowners insurance, Automobile insurance or Watercraft insurance) ends, reducing coverage gaps and out-of-pocket expenses.

Domestic Employment Practice Liability Coverage. If you employ domestic staff such as drivers, housekeepers or childcare providers, you can add Employment Practice Liability Coverage to protect against wrongful employment allegations.

Excess insurance does not affect the terms of your underlying policy, but instead provides additional limits.

An umbrella insurance policy is excess liability insurance coverage over and above that which is covered by basic homeowner or automobile insurance. In picking up where homeowner and automobile policies leave off, it is an extra layer of protection against lawsuits resulting from damage to someone else’s property or injuries as the result of an accident. It also protects against false claims and intentional acts such as libel, slander and vandalism by minors, and covers false arrest, wrongful entry, invasion of privacy and more.
